School-Based Audiologist Needed near Rutherfordton, NC | Part-time for the Full School Year

Job Details:

• 8-12 hours per week
• Conduct comprehensive audiological assessments for students
• Provide hearing health services for students in the school district
• Collaborate with school staff and Special Education teams
• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws related to schools

Qualifications:

• Valid license from the North Carolina Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology
• Department of Public Instruction Audiology Certificate (or willing to apply)
• Doctorate degree in audiology from an approved program
• Passing score on the NTE/Praxis in Audiology
• Knowledge of state and federal laws governing health care in public schools and regulations concerning students in special education
