Job Summary:
Finance Clerk (FC) is responsible for administrative support for all functions of Amplified Therapy, Inc.’s (Company) Finance Department. Duties include but are not limited to accounts receivable, timekeeping and payroll, compliance, and reporting functions. FC will also perform a variety of additional tasks and initiatives to aid in the support and growth of the Finance Department, Company and all staff as needed. FC will carry out all duties, tasks, and assignments, in a confidential, competent, and professional manner within established deadlines, in compliance with all legal and Company requirements, under the direct supervision of the Chief Financial Officer.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma.
- Working proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work towards fulfilling Company’s Mission, Vision, and Values.
- Demonstrate good communication skills.
- Maintain and process all accounts receivable including billing, invoicing, auditing and collections.
- Investigate and resolve billing and invoicing inquiries.
- Process and maintain payroll integrity in ADP.
- Track, process, and audit employee time off in the payroll system.
- Work with the Human Resource manager for onboarding and offboarding of staff directly related to payroll and billing.
- Process staff productivity for both school and early intervention.
- Assist in preparation of various financial reports for CFO, both within designated timelines and as needed.
- Assist in preparation of various forms, correspondence, and inter-department communications in support of the Finance Department.
- With Company’s Finance Department, help monitor and ensure compliance with Company, local, state, and federal regulations.
- Attend departmental/business staff development activities.
- Participate in team discussions in an articulate, positive, and productive manner.
- Attend and participate in meetings and staff development activities.
- Attend all mandatory in-services and participate in Company committees as requested by supervisor.
- Respond to emergency situations in a competent manner.
- Adhere to established Company guidelines within the ATI Official Documents.
- Participate in Company’s Professional Development Plan.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:
- The nature of work may require mandatory compensatory time including night, weekends, and holidays.
- Duties may involve being on one’s feet or in crowded work areas for extended periods.
- Duties will require traveling to and from areas within the southwest region of New Mexico. Reliable transportation is required.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
