Job Description: Senior Director of Admissions

Ancora Education is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as the Senior Director of Admissions. As the Senior Director of Admissions, you will be responsible for leading and guiding our admissions team, driving student recruitment, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:

• Provide visionary leadership to the campus admissions team, serving as a mentor, coach, and trainer.
• Drive engagement and recruitment activities to meet enrollment goals and enhance customer service.
• Ensure compliance with college, state, and US DOE accreditation regulations, policies, and standards.
• Maximize efficiency by managing all admissions activities at the campus level.
• Provide tactical guidance and support to achieve operational objectives and goals.
• Foster a positive team culture, maintaining high morale and productivity among admissions team members.
• Analyze and manage key metrics such as conversion rates and show rates to optimize departmental performance.
• Uphold accuracy and timeliness of paperwork and reports.
• Conduct random audits of enrollment files and prccess to ensure accountability and document accuracy.
  
  

Minimum Requirements:

• Preferred degree (Bachelor's or equivalent). High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience successfully leading admissions, sales, or customer service teams.
• Track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
• Excellent people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate employees.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and achieve metrics and goals.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a flexible work approach.
• Initiate, design, and deliver departmental training and developmental activities.
• Private, post-secondary admissions management experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
