Anderson Communities is growing and we are currently seeking full-time Leasing Consultants to join our team in Lexington, KY. You will combine your sales and marketing skills to connect with and build relationships with prospective residents by introducing them to our award-winning apartment community. Our goal is to provide a pleasant experience for residents and prospective residents searching for affordable, high-quality housing and a place to call home. Our Leasing Consultants earn a competitive hourly wage, plus excellent commission opportunities. Our consultants average $35K-$45K annually and determine their income potential!
Leasing Consultant (Lexington), Full-time
Duties include:
- Maximize property occupancy by generating qualified traffic and networking within the local community
- Schedule and conduct tours
- Process lease agreements and move-in inspections
- Promote Resident Retention and provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Previous, successful sales experience in any industry
- Excellent customer service experience
- Must be available to work alternating weekends
- Must have reliable transportation and professional appearance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Must be drug free and maintain a clear appearance
- Must be felony free and have valid driver’s license
- High School Diploma required; College degree preferred
- Monday - Thursday 9am-6pm, Fridays 9am-5pm, Saturdays 10-3, Sundays 1-4
The work week is 40 hours. Weekend shifts rotate, leasing consultants that work a weekend shift would be off one day during the week.
