Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of ownership for finance-related applications, ensuring smooth operation and alignment with business goals.
- Oversee system administration tasks including user access, configuration, and security controls.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to map and refine business processes, identifying areas for efficiency and automation.
- Manage and support integrations, including monitoring and troubleshooting integration queues.
- Handle daily support tickets, resolving issues in a timely manner (experience with ServiceNow is an advantage).
- Define and implement system enhancements and continuous improvements to better serve end-users.
- Design, build, and maintain reporting solutions that enable data-driven decision-making for finance and business teams.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure system changes align with both operational and compliance requirements.
- Hands-on experience supporting finance applications, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked with Workday and Adaptive Planning in a financial environment.
- Solid understanding of system integrations, security models, and administration tasks.
- Proven ability to analyze, document, and optimize business processes.
- Experience managing support requests and daily system operations; familiarity with ServiceNow is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and propose effective solutions.
- Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to translate technical details for non-technical stakeholders.
- Prior involvement in Adaptive Planning within a finance context.
- Experience with Workday HRIS in a finance-related role may also be considered.
- Background in finance or accounting systems administration and reporting.
