What are the responsibilities and job description for the Outside Sales position at ANDON SPECIALTIES, INC.?
ANDON Specialties, Inc. is searching for a Developmental Account Leader to expand and support the Andon south territory from our office in Arlington, TX.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? Responsibilities:
- Lead sales and account development activities within assigned accounts
- Achieve sales objectives
- Assist customers with technical questions related to product performance, applications, reliability, etc.
- Provide product/application support
- Develop and nurture customer relationships
- Create customer-focused solutions
- Actively use CRM to manage assigned accounts and communicate on-going sales activity
HOW TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE? Preferred experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Industrial sales experience
- Process automation/instrumentation and/or analytical sales experience
- Industry experience in one, or more, of the following: petrochemical, oil & gas, life sciences, and/or semiconductor
