What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hospice RN Overnight Triage: Part-Time position at Andwell Health Partners?
What You’ll Do:
- To provide support to staff and provide telephone interventions to maintain patients safely in their home, including scheduling home visits as needed.
- Collaborate with Physician practices and hospital staff to influence effective management of patients in their homes.
- Assess and identify the patient’s holistic health care needs.
- Demonstrate competency in assessment and technical skills.
- Possess and utilize knowledge of pain control & symptom management.
What You’ll Bring:
- Current R.N. license in the State of Maine.
- NLN accreditation required;
- Baccalaureate degree in nursing preferred
- Current CPR card required
- Nationally Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Nurse preferred.
