Flight Coordinator (Sales Coordinator)

What We are Looking For:
As a Flight Coordinator, you will provide support with the day-to-day operations to sell and help coordinate air ambulance patient transports. You must be organized and flexible to prioritize duties and meet timeline requirements. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and customer service. This individual will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills and the ability to work as a team as well as independently.
The ideal associate will be comfortable communicating with family members, patients, and hospital personnel and explaining why our service is preferred. You will also be responsible for capturing all required documentation for patient transport.
What You Will Do:
- Shift Availability: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, & Monday
- Responsible for taking and converting initial leads via incoming calls, email, and web-to-leads into flights and conducting follow up.
- Work with case managers, patients, family members, and other healthcare professionals to help in coordinating air ambulance transports.
- Follow standard policies and procedures to ensure all documentation requirements are captured, recorded, and accurate.
- Obtain medical insurance coverage details to ensure proper certification policies are followed.
- Works hand in hand with our Dispatch team to coordinate flight logistics.
- Understand full process of coordinating a patient transport from initial call to follow up call.
- Perform ongoing QA of leads, opportunities, and flight charts.
- Liaison with vendors, patients, and hospitals, as assigned.
- Other Duties as assigned.

What We Need From You:
Education: High school diploma or GED
Experience: 1 - 2 years of sales experience.
