Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial fleet customers
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate services
- Manage service appointments and ensure timely completion of work
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and customer interactions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business
- Collaborate with technicians and management to ensure high-quality service
- Stay updated on industry trends and new service offerings
Requirements :
- Excellent communication skills
- CSI Driven
- Proven experience as a Commercial Service Advisor, preferably with Ford
- A solid book of business to bring along
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; automotive training or certifications are a plus
