What are the responsibilities and job description for the Security Team Leader position at AnMed?
Under the supervision of the Shift Leader, the Security Team Leader is responsible for assisting supervising the activities and performance of the Security Officers to ensure the safety and security of AnMed Health employees, patients, vendors, visitors and property.
Qualifications: HSD/GED equivalent required. Must have successfully completed the minimum standard training for Security Officers as required by the State of South Carolina and be commissioned as a Security Officer. Must be able to communicate effectively and clearly in both oral and written form and edit the written communications of subordinates. Must be familiar with the proper use of two-way radio and codes. Ability to physically defend self, subdue attackers and properly use handcuffs and tasers. Ability to maintain composure, use good judgement and make sound decisions in emergency and stressful situations.
