Annandale Village provides progressive life assistance to adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities and acquired brain injuries so that they can maximize their abilities and maintain their independence in the least restrictive environment.
We have a F/T & P/T 1st (7a-3:30p), F/T & P/T 2nd Shift (3p-11:30p) & F/T & P/T 3rd Shift (11p-7:30a) As a CMA, you would perform non-professional direct care duties following the care plan under the direction and supervision of the Assisted Living Administrator. Assists with providing skills training to maintain abilities of our clients, including, but not limited to; maintaining a safe and clean room, laundry skills, personal hygiene, and interpersonal relationships with their housemates. Maintains a positive physical, social and psychological environment for our clients at the Assisted Living Center at Annandale. Demonstrated organizational and communication skills are essential. The ability to multitask and cope with stress in difficult situations is necessary. Participates in the necessary skills training for our clients to meet their goals through the AFLS assessment process.
- Assist our clients with medication administration following all applicable policies and procedures.
- Assist our clients with preparation for medical tests and / or exams. May accompany our clients to medical visits outside of facility as assigned.
- Completes clinical and behavioral documentation accurately and timely. Reports changes in our clients condition and completes incident reports accurately and timely.

Requirements:
- Must be a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) in good standing and meet all applicable federal and Georgia state certification requirements. Must have a High School Diploma or general education diploma (GED).
