Position Overview :
Were seeking an energetic and compassionate medical or nursing assistant to join our practice. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about patient care and communication, organized, and committed to supporting patients and clinicians in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
This role is for our Greenwood location.
We are offering a FULL-TIME role.
Responsibilities
Record patient history, vitals, and other relevant information
Ensure exam rooms are clean, stocked, and prepared for each appointment
Provide education to patients on treatment plans and follow-up care
Manage patient records and ensure accurate documentation
Assist with communication via the patient portal
Monitor and order office and medical supply inventory
Support clinical staff with managing patient flow, maintaining records, and some scheduling
Administer shots and injections as needed
Qualifications
5 years of experience as a medical or nursing assistant
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) systems
Empathetic, friendly, punctual, and professional demeanor
Willingness to work as part of a team and support a collaborative environment
Positive attitude toward patient care
Availability
Full Time
Day shift
Monday-Friday
One Weekend / month
