\n- Provides program management and financial management leadership for the client’s capital programs.
- Advises clients on critical financial and business management issues, process improvement, and change management relating to planning, engineering, and construction.
- Well-versed in risk identification and management program controls requirements budgets/funding procurement and governance/decision-making protocols.
- Capable of bringing leadership expertise in organizational readiness and development, project delivery methods and benefits integrated team development execution planning and oversight, and right-sizing development teams based on complexities of the program.
- Possesses a thorough knowledge of architecture/engineering practice with emphasis on design, construction methods, value engineering, high-level planning, integration of systems, building costs/codes, commissioning, and advisory services.
- Acts as planning and/or design extension of staff for clients. Liaises and coordinates with airport staff, contractors, architects, engineers, inspectors, consultants, stakeholders and airport staff.

- Assists airports with formulating and implementing their capital program by understanding the challenges and unique operational characteristics of the airport environment.
- Manages multiple projects while coordinating all aspects of assigned projects, as well as stakeholders as required.
- Works closely with all stakeholders at an airport including but not limited to airlines, tenants, executives, municipal officials, etc.
- Act as a key resource in the change management process, providing support for program/project change requests including analysis and forecasting of future project changes. Collaborate and coordinate with estimating team to analyze and review project cost changes.
- Knowledge of delivery methods including Construction Management at Risk, Design-Build, Progressive Design-Build, and Design-Bid-Build.
- Experience in one or more of: airport terminal design and construction, construction administration, construction management and program/project management.
- Demonstrable establishment of collaborative relationships with stakeholders involved in planning, design, and the construction of airport facilities.
- Able to interpret and utilize schedule information, performance metrics, and financial data.
- Excellent people management skills and ability to converse and communicate with all levels of staff, including executive-level discussions and presentations to all levels of the organization.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture, engineering, or planning.
- 15 years leadership experience on capital programs valued at $250 million .
- Preferred qualifications include PE license, PMP, PMI, and/or AIA certification.
- Ability to work on the owner’s side as a trusted advisor and form/strengthen key client relationships.
