Position Summary:
This position is responsible for accurate reconciliation and reporting of sales, bank deposits, credit card transmittals, petty cash reconciliation and reporting, payroll input, personnel files and records, invoice coding, POS programming and office administration.

Job Specifications
Education:
High School graduate or equivalent is required. Post-secondary education is desirable
Experience:
Previous bookkeeping, accounting and/or cash handling experience required. General office experience is desirable.
Qualifications:
Computer experience with Microsoft Office suite, and 10 key by touch is required. Must be able to work productively with all levels of management and team members. Strong organization and communication skills needed.
Physical:
Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, keyboarding/data entry, verbal communication and visual acuity.
