School Social Worker (FMLA Coverage): 2025-2026 School Year

AnthroMed Education is seeking a full-time School Social Worker to support elementary-aged students during a family medical leave coverage for the 2025-2026 school year. This position will be split between two elementary school buildings and will serve students in general education/resource settings.

Job Details

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 35 hours per week
• Grade Levels: Kindergarten - 5th grade
• Caseload: Approximately 50 students in general education/resource settings
• Location: Split between two elementary schools within the same district
• Setting: On-site
• Office Space: Available
• Position Type: Full-time, FMLA coverage
• Duration: ~October 13, 2025 - January 16, 2026
• Responsibilities:
• Provide social work services to K-5 students
• Work with both IEP and general education populations
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide support for implementation
• Collaborate with staff, families, and other related service professionals
• Support students in crisis and behavioral situations as needed
  

Pay and Benefits

AnthroMed Team Members who work 30 hours per week are eligible for our full-time benefits.

• Hourly Range: $46.00 - $57.00, based on experience
• PTO: Begins at 6 days, prorated based on start date

Position Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW)
• Professional Educator License (PEL) with a Social Work Endorsement in Illinois
