Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language therapy services to students with communication disorders.
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
- Implement therapy sessions in individual and group settings.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
- Provide intervention for speech, language, fluency, and social communication needs.
- Support students using AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) when necessary.
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Michigan Speech-Language Pathology License.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred (CFs encouraged to apply!).
- Experience working in a school setting is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
