Position Summary:
The Information Technology Manager reports to the Chief Operations Officer and is an important member of the Any Baby Can management team. The main responsibilities of the position include defining and executing efficient IT operations, thought leadership, and identifying opportunities to leverage technology and automation. This position may require a flexible work schedule to meet the needs of the agency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversees day-to-day IT operations delivering high value service by ensuring service levels are met, processes are followed, and policies are adhered to.
- Manages, motivates, trains, develops, and evaluates staff.
- Conducts research, compiles, analyzes, interprets, and reports research findings in memorandums or reports.
- Builds and maintains effective work relationships and collaborates (with leadership and cross functional teams) to develop and implement strategic and tactical plans for world class IT service management. Assesses and recommends continual improvement ideas.
- Drafts, updates, and maintains standard operating procedures and rapid response plans to minimize disruption of agency IT operations in the event of an emergency. Helps plan and schedule drills and exercises on plans.
- Works closely with leadership to align innovative technology solutions with the Any Baby Can business strategy. Conduct quarterly or biannual cybersecurity education for Any Baby Can staff and leadership. Create and execute plan(s) for annual security training for all staff.
- Stay informed on current technology trends and cybersecurity developments.
- Implement and manage IT systems with an emphasis on security, ensuring data integrity and compliance with industry standards.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technology field of study (Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, etc.) with 3-5 years of relevant work experience or an Associate’s degree or certification in a technology field of study (Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, etc.) with a minimum of 6-10 years of equivalent work experience.
- Certification in at least one of the following is preferred: Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), CompTIA A , Security , CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate), Product/Technology Certifications.
- Minimum of 2 -3 years supervisory experience.
- Working knowledge of current IT and data systems technology, security operations and practices, and budget preparation and management.
- Working knowledge of computer equipment and word processing packages, including but not limited to MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and databases.
Salary : $80,000 - $85,000
