• 1.Plan, supervise and implement a learning environment emphasizing the child’s
• responsibility for learning.
• 2.Develop a learning environment stressing the use of the senses in exploring, discovering
• and gaining information
• 3.Use a positive approach in dealing with disruptive behavior
• 4.Utilize information from parents and observational skills in learning about each child.
• 5.Assist with performing daily health check and help to maintain good health habits for
• children.
• 6.Participate in professional development, earning the number of hours required for
• Missouri Accreditation.
• 7.Assist with the supervision of high school students and their activities
• 8.Observe punctuality and regular attendance.
• 9.Serve as substitute in classroom as needed.

• Must have 60 college credit hours.
•  Must have experience working with young children.
•  Must have excellent human relations skills.
