Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain client relationships by gathering information, resolving issues, and offering process improvement recommendations.
- Lead audit, review, and compilation engagements, including planning, execution, and completion of financial audits.
- Demonstrate understanding of GAAP and financial statement presentation.
- Supervise, train, and mentor junior team members on audit procedures and best practices.
- Research and analyze financial statements and audit-related matters.
- Develop a working knowledge of clients’ industries and businesses.
- Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of relevant audit experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- Ability to travel primarily within the Phoenix-metro area.
