Audit Manager

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain client relationships by gathering information, resolving issues, and offering process improvement recommendations.
• Lead audit, review, and compilation engagements, including planning, execution, and completion of financial audits.
• Demonstrate understanding of GAAP and financial statement presentation.
• Supervise, train, and mentor junior team members on audit procedures and best practices.
• Research and analyze financial statements and audit-related matters.
• Develop a working knowledge of clients’ industries and businesses.
• Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of relevant audit experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Ability to travel primarily within the Phoenix-metro area.
• Commitment to providing excellent client service.
