ABA Techs provide one-to-one ABA services in the home, community, and center to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other developmental disabilities.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 /hour to start with time-based and training-based increases of $1-$3

Schedule: Consistent but flexible scheduling for all ABA Techs or Behavior Therapists. Sessions are usually on weekdays during after-school hours but the exact timing is flexible and based on client assignments. Weekend shifts may also be available but are not required.
Ability to work a minimum of 10-15 hours/at least 3 days per week (weekdays are after school hours between 3-8 p.m. and daytime hours on Saturdays)

Responsibilities: An ABA Tech or Behavior Therapist will work under the supervision of a BCBA and will be directly responsible for
- Data collection (using Company provided electronic device)
- Implementing individualized behavior support plans
- Implementing skill acquisition programs
- Working with families for effective collaboration on client
- Submitting all required documentation promptly
- Attending monthly case review meetings with their direct supervisor
Required Education & Licenses
- High school or equivalent (GED)
- Drivers License
Other Qualifications for ABA Tech or Behavior Therapist:
- Working with Kids or Teens: minimum 6 months
- Applicants should enjoy working with children, especially one-to-one.
- Reliable, private transportation as some clients require transport to locations for 1:1 services
- Knowledge of and experience with Applied Behavior Analysis is preferred.
- Friendly, energetic, and enjoy working with individuals diagnosed with disabilities
- Experience working with children diagnosed with developmental disabilities (preferably Autism) is preferred.
- Ability to attend training with individual scheduling.
- Ability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week (after-school hours are usually between 2-8 p.m.)
- Must be timely and organized.
- Ability to work independently and within small group settings.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively within a variety of situations.
