Overview:
Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, this role provides 1-to-1 Applied Behavioral Analysis services to children diagnosed with Autism (ASD). ABA Therapy sessions usually run 3-4 hours and primarily take place during after school hours in the client's home, our Center, and in Community settings as appropriate for the client. Our team focuses on assigning cases as locally as possible (usually within 30 minutes) to your home address or regular school/other work location. Cases are matched 1-to-1 so clients and technicians can build a strong rapport for learning!

- Pay starts at $20.00 - $23.00 per hour with increases of $1-$3 in the first 3-6 months.

*Must be looking to work 10-20 Hours per week (Part Time) primarily between 3-8PM.
*Must have Reliable and personal transportation

- Working with families and supervisor for effective collaboration
- Creating a fun and engaging learning environment
- Submitting all required paperwork in a timely manner
- Electronic Data collection
- Implementing individualized behavior support plans
- Implementing skill acquisition programs
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
- Valid Driver's License (Required)
- Friendly and energetic, enjoy working with individuals with needs
- Experience working with children
- Ability to attend an initial orientation
- Timely and organized
- Ability to work independently
- Proven ability to communicate effectively within a variety of situations
