APEX Placement and Consulting has partnered with an exciting company in Orangeburg, NY looking to add a Receptionist to their already amazing team. Their primary responsibility will be to answer customer calls, collect basic info, and support the team with light office tasks during a system update. Could this be the next job for you?

What your day will look like:
- Answer incoming customer calls with professionalism and a friendly attitude
- Gather and record basic customer information to relay to the Customer Service team
- Support smooth operations during the transition to a new system
- Perform general clerical duties as needed (filing, data entry, etc.)
- Communicate effectively with team members across departments
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced office environment
What we are looking for:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of office or customer service experience
- Strong phone and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Comfortable working with a team of CSRs and sales representatives
