Apex Systems is looking to hire a Corporate Recruiter for a large telecommunication client out of the Charlotte, NC area. This position will be onsite 4 days a week and remote 1 day a week in St. Louis or Charlotte, NC.
Contract length : 6 months with strong potential for conversion contingent upon performance

Day to Day Responsibilities / project specifics : This role is open within a corporate recruiting team at a large client to focus on more technical roles within the LOB that this group supports. Roles include devops engineers, data scientists, software developers, etc. This team is seeking an experienced (2-5 years) recruiter who is excited about creating relationships within the LOB that they support to improve the quality of candidates sourced. This will include searching the internet and relevant databases, networking and qualifying candidates through screens and interviews. Familiarity with policies and procedures around ATS is essential. This person should be able to handle multiple requests simultaneously and provide professional support to managers. Able to balance the needs of the business and candidate experience to a favorable outcome.
