Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience with RFID technology and systems in a healthcare setting.
- Ability to walk 15,000-20,000 steps per day and using proper body mechanics when performing physical tasks such as bending, twisting, and lifting.
- Comfortable working in clinical environments, including the emergency department, operating rooms, procedure rooms, and other medical settings.
- Understand and practice all aspects of the Health System Customer Service Program.
- Detailed knowledge of Windows OS,Apple OS, Word and Excel etc.
- Experience operating handheld Scanner/IPAD
- Basic knowledge of incident response procedures
- Schedules work to minimize disruptions to customer operations.
- Ability to work well with others and communicate in a meaningful way to management, peers and customers.
- Conduct self in a professional, courteous manner, representing the department in a positive way.
- Ability to work with independence, set priorities, organize work to manage multiple requests and meet deadlines. multi-task
- Possess a valid drivers license with a clean driving record and proven experience in safe driving practices.
- Adherence to a business casual dress code.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of the design, development and application of technology and systems to meet business needs
- Ability to write technical documentation in a clear and concise manner
- Analyst will be required to support, troubleshoot and /or resolve issues escalated.
- Experience troubleshooting and configuring wired and wireless communication equipment and related computer equipment, including application and operating systems software.
- Analyst will be required to be constantly communicating in a courteous manner while coordinating work in progress and informing customers of updates.
- Schedules work to minimize disruptions to customer operations.
