Description:

The Pricing Analyst will be part of the Automotive Embedded Business Unit’s (AEBU) Business Operations and Pricing team. As a Pricing Analyst for Automotive Embedded Business Unit, you will play a key role in driving superior business results by optimizing pricing for our value-added memory solutions serving a broad range of embedded applications. You will be a member of a progressive worldwide team of dedicated pricing analysts focused on maximizing price for value and our competitiveness through close collaboration with Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Planning and Finance teams.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Focus on process improvements to help drive improvements to forecast accuracy in the tactical horizon and identify risks and opportunities to our business plan.
• Develop and enhance pricing indicators that allow the AEBU management team to efficiently understand the health of the business as well as key pricing trends. This will facilitate our ability to make optimal decisions as we manage through business cycles and adjust our price strategies to achieve market share and profitability goals.
• Educating, influencing, and driving embedded memory solutions pricing, strategies, and value proposition with Sales, Sales Operations, and Divisional Marketing, enabling and assisting teams to sell up to our delivered value, and directly contributing to organizations business and financial objectives.
• Support pricing projects partnering with IT, Sales, segment marketing and pricing teams to enable enhanced quote tracking in systems to drive efficiency and better decision support.
• Oversee the regional pricing processes, work with Sales, Sales Operations and Divisional teams to utilize the process to achieve optimum results, while defining and driving local/global improvements.
• Collaborate with the rest of the regional pricing analysts to help foster growth and development amongst the team.
• Share key trends with AEBU staff to understand if we are achieving our expected KPI pricing goals.
• Support executive level requests and special projects on an ad-hoc basis to help support the strategic pricing goals and identifying risks with solutions to close identified gaps.

Qualifications, Experience and Education:

• Operational and/or technical background, highly proficient data analysis & statistical skills with related experience required.
• Prior semiconductor pricing experience preferred.
• Practical business experience, knowledge of business economic fundamentals and dynamics, familiar with local business styles and customs, demonstrated business acumen skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Teams and PowerPoint
• Action oriented with ability to identify business issues, work quickly and independently through solutions with local business partners and rapidly resolve issues.
• Critical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
• Effective and articulate presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Deep knowledge of Embedded memory market segments and products helpful
• Excellent communication & collaboration skills, cross-geo, cross-cultural experience
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or relevant field
• Ability to speak fluently in English.
