Role: FOIA Tech Specialist Jr
Location: Stafford, VA (ONSITE)

Duration: Full-time with Apexon
Education: Min: Associate degree; preferred: BA/BS
Required Skills:
- Legal Experience
- The Freedom of Information Act
- Plans and provides analytical support for facilitation, training, methodology development and evaluation, business management techniques, and organizational development.
- Supports [client] business process improvements and modernization projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing modern business methods, identifying best practices, and creating and assessing performance measurements.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience using FOIAXpress or SecureRelease, or experience with E-discovery, experience using Relativity, legal background added advantage
Day-to-day Responsibilities:
- FOIA Review
Expected Deliverables:
- Weekly metrics report
- Best Value Grading Criteria: Rate, Experience, Skills with FOIA
