Required Skills:
Legal Experience
Plans and provides analytical support for facilitation, training, methodology development and evaluation, business management techniques, and organizational development.
Supports [client] business process improvements and modernization projects.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing modern business methods, identifying best practices, and creating and assessing performance measurements.
Preferred Skills:
Experience using FOIAXpress or SecureRelease; or experience with E-discovery, experience using Relativity, legal background added advantage
Day-to-day Responsibilities: FOIA Review
Expected Deliverables: Weekly metrics report
Best Value Grading Criteria: Rate, Experience, Skills with FOIA
Education: Min: Associate degree ; preferred: BA/BS
