We are looking for an experienced Front Desk Representative to join our team. Please note: this position is based on 3 days per week in our Dover office, and 2 days in our Lewes office. The successful candidate will manage the day-to-day responsibilities associated with accommodating patient's arrivals, departures and requirements at the main desk of the establishment, including:
- Greeting and checking in patients
- Answers incoming telephone calls.
- Schedules, cancels and confirms appointments.
- Transmits and/or receives messages.
- Processes payments and verification of insurances
- Assist clients with paperwork, including consent forms

As a Front Desk Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will greet customers as they arrive, book appointments, answer phone calls, and collect payment information.
