Lake Ridge Center is an all Alzheimer\'s/Dementia care secured facility. Each unit has approximately 25-30 residents. We are looking for a Noc Shift (10:00PM-6:30PM) unit manager. This manager is required to work the nursing cart on rotation (typically 4 on, 2 off).
Registry Personnel must bring a state or federal issued identification to the facility and wear a photo badge at all times. Agency staff must have completed the original or updated COVID-19 vaccine or present a documented religious and/or medical exemption from their employer to be considered for any assignment. Additional doses must be obtained where required by law.
