Columbia Crest is a skilled nursing home with an average census of 75. We are looking for a RN unit manager that would help supervise one of our units. Each unit has an average of 30 patients. The unit manager is typically a Monday-Friday, day time position, but does require the nurse to cover the cart in the event of an urgent vacancy or call off. There is also a week end on-call requirement every 3 weeks.
Registry Personnel must bring a state or federal issued identification to the facility and wear a photo badge at all times. Agency staff must have completed the original or updated COVID-19 vaccine or present a documented religious and/or medical exemption from their employer to be considered for any assignment. Additional doses must be obtained where required by law.
