KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Data Management & Analysis :
Build and manage complex Excel spreadsheets, utilizing advanced functions like VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and formulas to organize and analyze data.
Prepare, validate, and load data files for User Recertification Environment to ensure proper access management.
Ensure the accuracy and quality of data content, as well as its presentation.
Access Reviews & Coordination :
Review user access data and follow up with management teams to ensure timely completion of access reviews.
Coordinate data fallouts, addressing and resolving discrepancies or issues promptly.
Communication & Collaboration :
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflows and resolution of data-related issues.
Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and plan tasks efficiently, ensuring project deadlines are met.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Education & Experience :
1 to 3 years of experience in data management, accounting, finance, business, or technology systems, with a strong emphasis on working with Excel.
Proven proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas (VLOOKUP), pivot tables, and data analytics.
2 to 4-year degree program in Accounting, Finance, Business or Technology
