About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Service Representative. As the face of our park, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless check-in process, and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a warm and welcoming experience for guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Assist with reservations, check-in, and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitor campground and storage entrance gates, enforcing safety rules and regulations.
- Assist in maintaining knowledge of general park information and the area, providing recommendations for local services and amenities.
- Build a high level of proficiency with our reservation system, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of guest information.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a hospitality or resort setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong focus on empathy and problem-solving.
- Good time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Lodging, motel/hotel, marina, RV Park, or Campground experience a plus.
