Position Description
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work directly with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other staff to provide individualized ABA therapy. You will train and support patients as they acquire and develop new skills, collect data on program goals via an electronic collection system, and receive ongoing training and development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct 1:1 ABA Therapy to patients
- Collect data on program goals via an electronic collection system
- Train and support patients as they acquire and develop new skills
- Collaborate with BCBAs and other staff to ensure high-quality patient care
Requirements
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from the BACB
- Professional Crisis Management (PCM) certification
- First Aid/CPR certification
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to operate a tablet and learn electronic data collection software
