Position Overview
We are seeking caring and passionate individuals to work with our patients as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). The ideal candidate will provide individualized ABA therapy, work collaboratively with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) and other staff members, and support patients in acquiring new skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct 1:1 ABA Therapy to patients
- Collaborate with BCBA and other staff members to develop and implement treatment plans
- Collect data on program goals via electronic collection system
Requirements:
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from the BACB
- Professional Crisis Management (PCM) certification
- First Aid/CPR certification
- Effective operation of tablet and electronic data collection software
- High School diploma or GED
- Excellent communication skills
- Pass a full Indiana criminal background check
