Digital Content Specialist

Overview:

We’re looking to hire a Digital Content Specialist with the potential to grow into the Head of Content & Creative Strategy within the next 1–2 years.

We’re a growing social media marketing agency in search of a sharp, detail-oriented individual to take ownership of our entire content process. Right now, we’re a small but ambitious team, and we need someone ready to step in, take initiative, and help shape the content department as we scale.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident in managing content independently. The responsibilities include curating creator submissions, editing visuals, planning content requests, and keeping everything organized behind the scenes. This position is suited for someone who is excited about stepping into a leadership role as the company grows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and select the best photos/videos from creators with a sharp eye for quality and detail

• Provide creators with constructive feedback and creative direction to improve future content

• Research inspiration to develop weekly content requests

• Track incoming creator content and maintain an organized system for content planning and storage

• Collaborate with our marketing team to ensure all content aligns with platform strategies and brand direction

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 1–3 years of experience in content management, creative production or similar roles

• Strong eye for visual detail, composition, angles, and aesthetics

• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently

• Bonus: experience at a marketing agency, media outlet, or magazine

• Bonus: interest in social media trends, influencer marketing, or the creator economy
