- New Product Introduction support
Make vs Buy templates and update in SAP
Develop manufacturing process flow and with reduce cost, Routings creation
Assembly process planning
Stopwatch time analysis
Lean implementation
Create new/ update existing manufacturing process documentation, e.g., tooling lists, setup requirements and standard work instructions
Defines tooling, fixturing, material handling requirements (Carts, trolleys, etc.) used in the manufacturing process, while also assisting with ideas for specialized processes.
Coordinates with tool vendor to specify or procure new tooling and fixtures to make necessary changes.
Work with operations to identify and document all build related issues.
Generate weekly issue reports with priority rankings.
Vendor engagement for project requirements.
Supporting to continuous improvement process
Daily follow up with projects and interaction with customer.
Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends, recommending actions. - B.S. in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing engineering required
2 years of Manufacturing Engineering experience
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Excellent verbal and written skills required
Proficiency with PC's and Microsoft suite
