THE POSITION
As the newest HVAC Installer/Service Technician, you will join our passionate and dedicated growing team of technicians to provide the best service possible for our residential and light commercial customers. To help you in doing so, you will be provided with all the tools you need.
OUR IDEAL HVAC INSTALLER/SERVICE TECHNICIAN
- A minimum of 1 year HVAC installation/service experience is preferred
- Effective communicator - strong communication skills and ability to relay information to clients in layman's terms
- Diligent - hard worker who is motivated to produce exceptional work
- Detail-oriented - organized and precise for maintaining operations
- Positive - always optimistic with a can-do attitude
- Team-oriented - thrives in a collaborative team environment
- Conscientious - ensures safety is a top priority while always being careful
- Adaptable - easily adapts to a change of circumstance or environment

Valid AL Driver’s License
High School Diploma or Equivalent
