- Lead by example, cultivating an environment of trust and excellence.
- Implement inventory controls to enhance accuracy.
- Keep the warehouse in pristine condition and ensure the cleanliness of shipping areas.
- Receive, check, and log freight on the day of delivery.
- Handle order processing with precision and partner with co-workers for accuracy checks.
- Coordinate truck loading meticulously.
- Investigate and resolve any freight claim issues.
- Regularly update and maintain product location precision.
- Conduct daily cycle counts accurately.
- Facilitate timely responses to operational queries.
- Optimize staff schedules and bolster team performance with reviews and training.
- Ensure a safe and positive workplace that resonates with employee satisfaction and productivity.
Your Skillset:
- Over three years in a leadership role within warehouse operations.
- A degree, preferably a bachelor's, is desired.
- Hold a valid driver's license.
- Skilled in operating forklifts and reach trucks.
- Proficient in conducting Cycle Counts and using RF scanners.
- Ability to oversee and manage a talented team.
- Experience with Microsoft Suite and data management systems.
- Adept at multitasking, organizing, and prioritizing workloads efficiently.
- Quick-witted and adaptive to a dynamic work environment.
- Excels at constructive communication with both colleagues and clients.
- Physically fit to handle the demands of lifting heavy loads.
