Position Details
Provide quality services that facilitate recovery and wellness for people in correctional facilities. Services are client-centered, delivered in correctional facilities and include case management, support and sharing of personal history with and knowledge of Kent county correctional system. Positive outcomes are achieved through purposeful and respectful relationships rooted in trauma informed care, hope and evidence-based research.

Position Requirements:
- Proven ability to address the recovery needs of individuals
- Lived experience with corrections/jail
- Proven ability to share personal recovery journey in a support way, even if recovery path is different from that of the client
- Valid Driver’s License, current auto insurance and clean driving history
- Current certification as a Peer Recovery Coach or ability to pursue the certification
