Position Details
Provide quality substance use treatment as part of an inter-disciplinary team that facilitate recovery and wellness for people living with substance use concerns. Services are client-centered, delivered in the office and home/community and include counseling, case management, support and sharing of personal history with and knowledge of substance use and mental health recovery. Positive outcomes are achieved through purposeful and respectful relationships rooted in trauma informed care, hope and evidence-based research.

Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social work required
- Valid Drivers license and clean driving record required.
- Previous experience or knowledge within Substance Use Disorders
- Experience working with Allegan county resources
- CADC or development plan preferred
