As an Behavioral Team Leader, you will help lead a dedicated and talented team of people while helping individuals with disabilities live their best lives. You’ll motivate your team in supporting children and young adults (ages 3-22) with special needs in a year-round after-school/summer program. You will utilize your expertise in developing creative behavior plans to help the kids succeed! You will participate with your team and the children in exciting and fun activities. And you’ll never be bored because every day is different and exciting!

What does a Behavioral Team Leader do?
- Plans and oversees the Individualized Behavior Analysis Services to include functional assessment, establishment of goals and objectives, development of Individual Behavior Plans, oversight of plan implementation, and data management and analysis. Teaches and oversees prescribed crisis prevention and intervention strategies (PCM)
- Coordinates personnel management by making recommendations for hiring; providing training, coaching, mentoring, and performance reviews; facilitating teamwork; and encouraging effective communication
- Supports the development and maintenance of child/family support networks through outreach to family members, community members and professional
- Responsibly ensures that children supported are safe and living healthy lives by monitoring safety issues; practicing appropriate emergency medical and behavioral procedures; responding to emergencies; promoting children’s rights regarding health and safety; and participating in emergency disaster preparedness.
- Ensures compliance with agency policies and procedures, contractual and regulatory requirements, and accreditation standards
- Participates in program outcome and performance management, quality improvement, and strategic planning
What are the requirements?
- You have worked with youth with disabilities providing Behavior Analysis services for at least one year.
- You have a minimum of 2 years of related experience providing supervision/ management and Behavior Analysis Services with children with Developmental Disabilities and significant behavior challenges.
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field required.
- You’re a positive and supportive person.
- You have great leadership skills!

Salary : $55,000 - $62,000
