As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will help amazing people with disabilities live their best lives. You’ll even get the chance to take individuals who live in our residential program to fun places like restaurants, shopping, festivals, the movies … you name it! But wait! There’s more! We pay you for training and when you commit to a full-time position, you’ll earn more than five (5) weeks of paid time off every year!

What are the requirements?

• You’re at least 21 years of age.
• You’re a positive and supportive person.
• You’re someone who enjoys working and communicating with others.
• You have a high school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• You have a valid Florida driver’s license.
• You’re able to pass a criminal background check.
