Employment Consultant
*$1,500 Sign-On Bonus!*
In this role you will have the opportunity to work with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in an employment setting. The people you will be working with are enrolled in ACCES-VR services including Supported Employment, Job Development, Pre-Employment Transition Services, and Assessment services. You will have the privilege of working with those receiving services to achieve and or work toward employment in a competitive and integrative work setting. As the Employment Consultant, you will also get to develop relationships with potential employers, community supports, and other providers to find opportunities for the people you support.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and 2 years' experience providing vocational assessment services or
- Bachelor's Degree and enrollment in a Master's Degree program in vocational rehabilitation or related area or
- Master's Degree in vocational rehabilitation counseling or related area such as personnel, counseling and guidance.
- A valid NYS driver's license
