Health Plan Enrollment Specialist
Description:
Compile & maintain provider credentials necessary to ensure initial & re-credentialing with multiple insurance plans
Coordinate provider enrollment activities
Serve as a resource to other staff members for insurance credentialing info
Coordinate provider enrollment activities for Archbold Medical Center
Serves as Medicaid Web Portal Administrator for Archbold Medical Group
Compile reports and spreadsheets as requested
Maintain confidentiality of provider info
Establish & maintain professional working relationships with providers, insurance contacts, and internal departments
Experience/Education:
Must have high school diploma or GED, associate degree preferred
Proficient in Excel and Word, Required
Previous experience in healthcare setting preferred
Strong organization skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential information
