Job Description: Full Time Pre School Aid

Location: Monroe, MI, 48161

We are currently seeking a Full Time Pre School Aid to join our team at Monroe Catholic Elementary Schools. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young children and helping them learn and grow in a safe and nurturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and activities
• Supervise children during playtime and outdoor activities
• Help children with basic needs such as feeding, toileting, and dressing
• Monitor and report any signs of emotional or developmental concerns to lead teacher
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience working with young children preferred
• Must obtain and keep current training certifications in CPR, First Aid, Communicable Diseases, Child Abuse Recognition and Prevention required by the State of Michigan
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Passion for early childhood education
