Job Responsibilities
- Assist teachers with preparing instructional materials and classroom activities.
- Work with individual students or small groups to reinforce lessons and support learning needs.
- Help monitor student behavior and maintain a respectful and safe classroom environment.
- Assist with record-keeping, grading, and organizing student work as directed.
- Support students with special needs or those requiring additional assistance.
- Supervise students during non-instructional times such as lunch, recess, or transitions.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to meet student academic and social-emotional needs.
- Follow school policies and procedures, including safety and confidentiality protocols.
- Experience working with children in educational or childcare settings preferred.
