What You’ll Do:

• Independently operate and program advanced CNC machines with precision and efficiency
• Design and implement custom fixturing to improve production workflows and throughput
• Apply advanced techniques in lathe operation and true 5-axis machining
• Collaborate with Project Managers to align machining activities with project timelines, budgets, and technical requirements
• Mentor and train junior machinists, fostering skill development and promoting high team performance

You Bring:

• 3-5 years of hands-on CNC machining experience, including setup and programming
• Proven expertise in 2D and 3D CAM programming, including multi-axis (3-, 4-, and 5-axis) machining
• Strong background in lathe operations, complex fixture design, and machining to tight tolerances
• Proficiency with Fusion 360 or equivalent CAM software
