What You’ll Do:
- Independently operate and program advanced CNC machines with precision and efficiency
- Design and implement custom fixturing to improve production workflows and throughput
- Apply advanced techniques in lathe operation and true 5-axis machining
- Collaborate with Project Managers to align machining activities with project timelines, budgets, and technical requirements
- Mentor and train junior machinists, fostering skill development and promoting high team performance
You Bring:
- 3-5 years of hands-on CNC machining experience, including setup and programming
- Proven expertise in 2D and 3D CAM programming, including multi-axis (3-, 4-, and 5-axis) machining
- Strong background in lathe operations, complex fixture design, and machining to tight tolerances
- Proficiency with Fusion 360 or equivalent CAM software
