Open Positions:
Structural MIG Welders & Fitters
- Minimum 5 years of experience in structural steel welding and fitting
- Must be able to read and interpret blueprints
- Proficient in MIG welding (Flux Core / Dual Shield preferred)
- Experience with heavy steel and complex assemblies
Brake Press Operators
- Experience operating manual and CNC brake press machines
- Ability to perform setups and adjustments for production runs
- Knowledge of forming various thicknesses of metal
Turret Press Operators
- Skilled in using CNC turret punch presses
- Understanding of tooling setups and punch programs
- Ability to read technical drawings and inspect parts
Laser Machine Operators
- Operation and basic maintenance of CNC laser cutting machines
- Experience with metal sheet processing
- Able to follow detailed cutting plans and inspect final parts
