The beautiful Arizona Biltmore is looking for a Chef de Cuisine to oversee McArthur's!
The iconic Arizona Biltmore is located in the heart of the prestigious Biltmore neighborhood in Phoenix. The resort was named the “Jewel of the Desert” since its opening on February 23, 1929. This gorgeous 39-acre property reopened in May 2021 after undergoing a $150 million restoration and has over 700 rooms, over 200,000 square feet in banquet space, and 8 food and beverage outlets (including 2 restaurants, 2 pools, 2 bars, a gelato shop/café, and in-room dining).

In this role, you will oversee the 3-meal restaurant, McArthur's, managing a team of 15-20 (including 3 Sous Chefs) and reporting directly to the Executive Chef. Named after the resort's architectural inspirations, this high-volume restaurant serves New American cuisine with the highest quality, locally sourced ingredients using sustainable farm practices and classic techniques.
The ideal candidate will be an exceptional leader who fosters a positive culture and has a talent for developing others. At least three (3) years of kitchen leadership experience in a high-volume environment with strong organizational skills is required. Prior experience in upscale and 3-meal restaurants are a plus.
