Position Overview


The Senior Branch Manager will oversee all operational aspects of the three branches , ensuring smooth, compliant, and efficient real estate escrow and title insurance services. This role requires a strong leader with deep knowledge of the title and escrow industry, excellent management skills, and a customer-focused approach. The Senior Branch Manager will play a key role in driving business growth, leading the branch team, and maintaining client relationships to support the company's mission of delivering exceptional service.


Key Responsibilities


  • Branch Leadership: Provide strategic leadership to the branch, overseeing daily operations, ensuring high standards of service delivery, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of escrow officers, title examiners, processors, and support staff, ensuring they have the resources, training, and support needed to perform their roles effectively.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including real estate professionals, buyers, sellers, and lenders. Act as the key contact for high-level issues and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Operational Oversight: Ensure the smooth and efficient handling of all title and escrow transactions from start to finish, including title examination, escrow closings, and funding.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure the branch adheres to all industry regulations, state laws, and company policies. Identify and mitigate risks related to title and escrow services to protect the company and its clients.
  • Business Development: Partner with the sales and business development teams to identify new opportunities for growth, maintain strong referral relationships, and support the branch’s revenue goals.
  • Financial Management: Oversee branch performance metrics, including budgeting, revenue generation, and expense management. Develop and execute strategies to achieve financial targets.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with local vendors, ensuring cost-effective services and maintaining compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
  • Training & Development: Provide ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for branch staff, ensuring high performance and industry compliance.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve complex issues related to transactions, client concerns, or operational challenges, ensuring successful and compliant closings.


Qualifications


  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in title insurance and escrow services, with at least 2 years in a management role.
  • Extensive knowledge of real estate transactions, escrow procedures, and title insurance.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with proven experience in managing and motivating a team.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail, ensuring accurate, compliant, and efficient transaction processing.
  • Proficiency with title and escrow software, along with knowledge of industry-standard applications (e.g., Qualia, SoftPro).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to identify growth opportunities and drive business development.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.
